Who we are

Information we collect

When you request an audit, sign up, or complete onboarding, we collect the information you provide: practice name, contact name, email, phone, website, location, advertising budget, Google Ads customer ID, Google Business Profile link, and any notes you include. We also record the time of submission and a hashed form of your IP address for spam prevention.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, plan and payment status from Stripe but never see or store full card numbers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the checkout page.

We do not collect patient information. Our services involve advertising for your practice, not the handling of patient records.

How we use it

To respond to your request, deliver and bill for services, send reports and service updates, and keep our forms free of spam. We send email through a transactional email provider (Resend) for these purposes.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the business (hosting, database, payment processing, email delivery) and when required by law. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

Retention and your choices

We keep lead and customer records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing growth@molarcompass.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA.
